Returns & Refunds

We really want you to love your aldem kit and for it to fit perfectly. If something isn’t quite right, returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

To request a return, please contact us at support@aldem.cc within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival before a refund is approved. Items returned without first requesting a return, or items not returned in their original condition, may be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@aldem.cc if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your order and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As above, returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and returned in their original packaging together with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
